How Does It Work?
SHiFT is a straight talking two month program and you will attend six group sessions within this time. The program will re-train your brain so that you take accountability for your weight, identify and remove the excuses that would normally hold you back and create the motivation and mindset to succeed through creating new habits.
The program takes the latest advances in modern brain research, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and hypnosis which is combined to help you to take control.
Will I Lose Weight?
When joining the program it is assumed that you understand the basic principles of weight loss ie you must burn more calories than you consume and you will naturally lose weight.
The aim is to lose 2lb a week however, this will vary as each person is different and the results will depend on how much effort you make within the program. As long as you do exactly as Bobby says, you will lose weight.
This straight talking approach will make you accountable for your weight and if Bobby feels you are not making the effort to follow the program you will be asked to leave.
Can I Really Ditch The Diet?
The simple answer is yes. Bobby will teach you to focus on living an 80/20 lifestyle which means it will take away the pressure of diets and worrying about food which can often lead to failure and de-motivation.
The 80/20 lifestyle encourages you to make better choices when it comes to food and exercise. Nothing is off limits however, you must use your common sense and understand if you eat a lot of high saturated foods and don’t burn this off you will not lose weight.
Can Anyone Join?
Bobby has a moral and ethical responsibility to ensure that anyone attending the program meets a certain criteria.
You must be over 18 and this program is not suitable for you if you are suffering from depression, anxiety or of a vulnerable state of mind.
If you are suffering with depression or anxiety it is advised that you work with Bobby to try and resolve these issues first.
Payment By Instalments?
The SHiFT program offers you the ability to pay by installments which is done by direct debit using PayPal.
Full payment must be complete before your program start date.
